Making automation

accessible

Skipflow helps users accomplish more by empowering them to automate repetitive digital tasks. Our platform is designed to be accessible to all users – not just developers – simply describe the task, and our AI agent will handle the rest.

Reclaiming lost time

Many businesses and consumers spend countless hours on repetitive tasks like financial validations, form submissions, and data entry. This time spent on mundane tasks prevents focus on growth, creativity, and innovation. Automating these repetitive tasks is not possible for most users because existing automation solutions are expensive, technically complex, and designed for large enterprises.

Skipflow allows business users to easily automate repetitive digital tasks — simply describe the task and our AI agent will handle the rest. By hardcoding common automation steps and constructing workflows from these, Skipflow mitigates the hallucinations that plague other web agents, reducing the risk to businesses and giving business users confidence that their workflow will execute correctly.

Design

Our Skipflow Studio platform allows users to describe their workflows to our AI agent and watch their workflows come to life. Users are able to design even more-complex workflows which have been historically difficult or impossible to create using traditional RPA tools, such as those involving multiple nested branches, loops, and human-like reasoning. Users can edit and test these workflows before running them to verify that their workflows run correctly.

Run

Skipflow workflows run in a custom headless browser based off the open-source Chromium web browser. Users can design their workflows to be automatically run when certain trigger conditions are met, such as running every six hours or when a new email arrives from a vendor.

Review

Many business processes require human review or offline validation of certain key steps. Skipflow allows users to set up checks in their workflows which will pause and raise workflow runs for human review if certain conditions are met, such as if a form field is missing or a supervisor's sign-off is required.

Collaborate

Users can share their workflows with other users freely, saving time when using commonly-seen workflow types. Skipflow also offers team and enterprise price plans which allows users to set up team workspaces to collaboratively design and share workflows within organizations. Features offered in these price plans include centralized admin controls, single sign-on (SSO) and domain verification, role-based access controls (RBAC), and audit logs.

FAQs

What is Skipflow?

Skipflow allows business users to easily automate repetitive digital tasks — simply describe the task and our AI agent will handle the rest. By hardcoding common automation steps and constructing workflows from these, Skipflow mitigates the hallucinations that plague other web agents, reducing the risk to businesses and giving business users confidence that their workflow will execute correctly.

How can I use Skipflow?

Skipflow is currently in private beta, accessible only to a few select business partners. We plan to release Skipflow to more and more users in the coming months. You can subscribe to our email newsletter for updates on when you can expect Skipflow to be available to the general public.

How does Skipflow compare to traditional RPA tools?

Traditional robotic process automation (RPA) tools allow business users to manually assemble a set of rules to describe a workflow, typically by chaining together logical steps in a graphical interface. However, these solutions struggle with complexity, becoming difficult to manage when workflows involve nested branches, loops, and multi-step logic. Beyond that, they lack the ability to handle tasks requiring human-like reasoning, such as extracting values, comparing fields, or dynamically adjusting based on context.

Skipflow addresses these limitations by allowing users to describe their workflows in natural language to an AI agent. Our AI-powered system then automatically constructs and optimizes the automation. Unlike rigid RPA tools, Skipflow can handle both structured automation and reasoning-based tasks, making it significantly more flexible and powerful.

How does Skipflow compare to pure generative AI tools such as OpenAI's Operator?

While some AI-first automation platforms such as OpenAI’s Operator leverage pure generative AI for workflow automation, they lack sufficient reliability guarantees. This makes them risky to use for business processes, especially for critical operations. Even if an AI-first automation platform manages to create a system that works correctly 99% of the time, this system may consistently validate $15 lunch reimbursements while failing on a single critical $50,000 company off-site expense -- a risk which, lacking reliability and transparency, is too high to introduce into many business processes.

Rather than relying purely on generative AI, Skipflow takes a different approach. We predefine common and modular automation steps to ensure they execute reliably and transparently. Our innovative framework allows users to easily create and scale new automation steps from these modular building blocks, delivering both flexibility and predictability.

Is Skipflow free?

Skipflow offers a free plan which includes the ability to create and run a limited number of workflows, and to share these workflows with others. In addition, Skipflow offers different paid plans which allow users to create and run unlimited numbers of workflows and grant access to more advanced features such as team workspaces, analytics, and enterprise-level authentication and privacy controls.

What is the Skipflow Developer program?

Skipflow maintains a public collection of hardcoded automation steps for different web applications and rewards third-party developers for contributing new web applications to this collection. You can subscribe to our email newsletter for updates on joining our Developer program and accessing our public developer API.
