Skipflow Terms of Service

Welcome to Skipflow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Skipflow’s products, software, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms

- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code without explicit written permission.
- Circumventing authentication, security mechanisms, or access controls of Skipflow’s systems, servers, APIs, or software.
- Gaining unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or systems associated with Skipflow.
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities to disrupt or manipulate the Services.
3.2. Fraudulent, Deceptive, or Harmful Activities
- Impersonating any person, entity, or organization, including Skipflow staff, for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
- Using the Services for fraudulent schemes, such as Ponzi schemes, identity theft, or deceptive business practices.
- Creating or distributing misleading, manipulated, or deepfake content.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as generating fake reviews.
3.3. Malware, Viruses, and Harmful Code
- Transmitting malware, viruses, worms, or any malicious software through the Services.
- Hosting, sharing, or distributing software that compromises the security or availability of any systems or networks.
- Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
3.4. Phishing, Spamming, and Unauthorized Advertising
- Engaging in phishing attempts.
- Sending spam, mass unsolicited messages, email harvesting, or link manipulation (e.g., misleading SEO tactics).
- Using Skipflow for unauthorized marketing or promotions.
3.5. Data Scraping, Automated Abuse, and AI Manipulation
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from Skipflow without explicit written permission.
- Engaging in excessive API calls or unauthorized API access.
- Manipulating Skipflow’s AI models through adversarial techniques, such as:
- Prompt injection: Providing inputs that override safeguards or alter expected outputs.
- Adversarial prompting: Attempting to exploit biases, ethical guardrails, or response limitations.
- Data poisoning: Introducing misleading, biased, or harmful data into Skipflow’s system.
- Model exploitation: Violating ethical guidelines or legal compliance.
3.6. Intellectual Property Violations
- Copying, distributing, or reproducing copyrighted content without explicit written permission.
- Violating intellectual property rights by generating or distributing unauthorized derivative works.
- Misusing Skipflow’s branding, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.
3.7. Illegal & Harmful Content Distribution
- Generating, hosting, or distributing content promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
- Creating or distributing explicit, non-consensual, or exploitative material.
- Facilitating criminal conduct, including illicit drug trade, human trafficking, or unlawful surveillance.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
Skipflow actively monitors compliance with these Terms. Violations may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services without prior notice.
- Reporting of unlawful activities to law enforcement.
- Legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief.
By using Skipflow, you agree to abide by these prohibitions and understand that violations may result in the loss of access to our Services.
5. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify Skipflow immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Skipflow is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to negligence in safeguarding your credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
- Skipflow retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including any updates or improvements.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on Skipflow’s intellectual property without explicit written permission.
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Skipflow without obligation or compensation.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Skipflow provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Skipflow is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
- Skipflow is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, or other security issues arising from your use of our Services.
9. Termination
- Skipflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
- Access may also be terminated if required by law or due to service discontinuation.
- If your access is terminated due to a Terms violation, you are not entitled to refunds or compensation.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
