Credits are Lodol's usage currency. Each workflow action (like sending an email, updating a spreadsheet, or making an API call) consumes credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. You can adjust your credit limit anytime to match your usage needs.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your credit limit. If you exceed your monthly allowance, your workflows will pause until you upgrade your credit limit or your credits reset at the next billing cycle. Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans have the option to auto-purchase additional credits when they exceed their credit limit. Credits added outside of the normal monthly cycle are charged at an increased rate.

No. You can start using the Free plan with 100 credits per month without entering any payment information. A credit card is only required when you upgrade to Pro, Team, or Enterprise plans.

Annual billing offers a 12% discount compared to monthly billing. You'll be charged once per year for your selected credit limit, and your credits reset monthly throughout the year.

Pro plans include 1 seat for individual use. To collaborate with team members, you'll need to upgrade to the Team plan (25 seats) or Enterprise plan (unlimited seats), which include a shared workspace, shared workflows, and team management features.

Free plans have access to community support and documentation. Pro and Team plans can receive direct email support from our team. Enterprise plans include priority support with custom SLAs, personalized onboarding sessions, and ongoing account management.
